To help maintain our high-quality products and services, a nominal restocking fee of 2% is applied to returned items. This is simply to cover the costs of processing your return and restocking the item, ensuring we can continue to offer you a wide range of high-quality products.
Kindly note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
Your refund, in the form of Bank Transfer, Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, or Store Credit, will be processed within 5 to 10 working days after receiving the returned items, deducting the restocking fee and any non-refundable delivery charges.
In certain rare cases, we may refund the product cost (minus the restocking fee) based on the provided tracking information of the return, without waiting for the product to arrive at our warehouse.
